Charms

Our charms are carefully crafted and curated for permanent wear. We use solid 14k gold, sterling silver, and gold-filled settings, along with precious and semi-precious gemstones, ensuring they withstand daily wear beautifully.

  • What is a permanent bracelet? What does getting welded or zapped mean?
A permanent bracelet is a solid gold, silver, or gold-filled bracelet without a traditional clasp. Instead, we weld the ends together using a small gold or silver ring. We’ll custom-fit and weld a chain of your choice directly onto your wrist for a perfect fit every time. It’s low-maintenance and incredibly stylish!
  • Why get a permanent bracelet?

Permanent jewelry offers several benefits: Custom Fit: Each bracelet is tailored to fit you perfectly. Low Maintenance: Simply wear it and go—no need to fuss with clasps. Special Occasions: A unique way to mark memorable moments. Friendship: Ideal for matching bracelets with friends, partners, or family!
  • How can I get a permanent bracelet?
You can visit us at one of our events or markets around Portland, Maine, or book your own private event! For more details and event pricing, contact us here.
  • Do you do private parties or group events?
Yes! Permanent jewelry is a fantastic addition to weddings, bridal showers, birthday parties, graduations, corporate events, and more. We also partner with small businesses for pop-up events. Contact us to plan your event!
  • Can I bring my own jewelry to be welded?
We offer rewelding of jewelry from other brands for $40, or for free with the purchase of a new bracelet. We don’t weld personal chains or charms, as they might not be suitable for permanent wear.
  • Is permanent jewelry safe? Does it hurt?
Yes, it’s completely safe and painless. The welding takes only seconds and doesn’t touch your skin. The weld point is tiny and unnoticeable.
  • How long does permanent jewelry last?
Our pieces are made from high-quality metals and designed to last indefinitely—or until you choose to remove them or add a clasp.
  • What if I need to remove the bracelet? Can I get it re-welded later?
Yes! If you need to remove it, carefully cut the small ring connecting the ends. We can re-weld it for a $15 fee or add a clasp for $25.
  • Will it tarnish in water?
14k Gold: Will not tarnish. 14k Gold-Filled: May show slight darkening, but cleans easily. Sterling Silver: May tarnish but cleans easily. Click here more information on how to clean and care for your jewelry.
  • Will this cause problems at the airport?

No, delicate jewelry doesn’t need to be removed for airport security.
  • What if I need to remove my jewelry for a medical procedure like an MRI?
While our jewelry isn’t magnetic, it’s best to remove it. We can re-weld or add a clasp afterward.
  • What chain styles do you carry?
We offer sterling silver and 14k gold-filled chains. Solid 14k gold is available in limited quantities, so please book ahead if interested.
  • Can I add a charm to my permanent bracelet?
Absolutely! We offer a selection of charms that complement your bracelet perfectly.
  • Can I get welded if I have a pacemaker?
For safety, we advise against getting permanent jewelry if you have a pacemaker. We offer clasped versions of most bracelets as an alternative.
  • Is there an age requirement for getting a permanent bracelet?
Yes, we welcome anyone over 10. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that our warranty doesn’t cover bracelets that are outgrown.
